SUMMARY HALL HIRE CONDITIONS
Users are required to prepare the hall for their own sessions.
All damages and breakages must be reported and will be chargeable to the hirer.
No jumble or any other items to be left in the hall without the permission of the Committee, otherwise it will be disposed of.
Any article is left entirely at owner's risk.
Individual conditions may be applied according to the activity.
AFTER USE
Chairs and tables must be cleaned if necessary, cleared away to the correct place and stacked facing the wall.
Crockery etc. must be washed and put away.
Kitchen, toilets and floors should be left in a clean state.
Close all windows and doors.
Turn off the lights.
Lock both doors and return the key immediately.
