Anish is a South Indian Ayurvedic chef. This means he takes a holistic view of the preparation of food based on a belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body and spirit. By contrast, Lesley is a classically trained pastry chef. They set up their restaurant, Ayur, in Brixham in 2013 to give people a unique, traditional South Indian dining experience.
